About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee all daily eCommerce operations out of the UK fulfilment centre. This includes order fulfilment, reverse logistics, inventory management, staff development, and customer service communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and own all daily eCommerce operations, including order fulfilment, reverse logistics, and inventory management.
  • Lead and manage a team of Ecommerce Operations associates and temporary team members.
  • Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement and standardization of e-commerce operational processes.
  • Monitor and analyse e-commerce operations to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of people management and/or leadership experience within distribution.
  • 5+ years of working experience in warehouse and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with e-Com software, including SalesForce and Zenkraft.
  • Experience working with ERP software, such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamic D365.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
