About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to join our team at Deciem. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the successful candidate to be in the office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and own all daily ecommerce operations, including order fulfillment, reverse logistics, inventory management, staff development, and customer service communication.
  • Lead and implement a culture of continuous improvement and standardization of ecommerce operational processes.
  • Monitor and own ecommerce operations from start to end, analyzing and investigating issues or bottlenecks to improve perfect order fulfillment and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely dispatches.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve consumer order experience through advancements in ecommerce order fulfillment automation and digital space.
  • Identify and drive quick win initiatives within Operations to support longer-term business objectives.
  • Cross-collaborate with Deciem departments to enable reporting on multiple ecommerce areas, focusing on cost reduction, increased throughput, improved customer experience, and safe practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of people management and/or leadership experience within distribution.
  • 5+ years of working experience in warehouse and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with e-com software, including SalesForce, payment gateways, online fraud tools, and personalization tools.
  • Experience working with ERP software, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamic D365.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
