We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee our UK-based fulfillment centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, warehouse operations, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily eCommerce operations, including order fulfillment, reverse logistics, inventory management, and staff development.
  • Lead the eCom Operational team, including Environment, Health & Safety initiatives and procedures.
  • Manage and develop hired E-commerce Operations associates and temporary team members, as well as on-site HR processes.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and standardization of e-commerce operational processes.
  • Analyze and investigate operational issues, focusing on cost-saving and increased throughput activities.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely dispatches.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of people management and/or leadership experience in distribution.
  • 5+ years of working experience in warehouse and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with e-Com software and ERP systems, such as SalesForce and Zenkraft.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
