We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee daily eCommerce operations out of the UK fulfilment centre. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on order fulfilment, reverse logistics, inventory management, and customer service communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and own all daily eCommerce operations, including order fulfilment, reverse logistics, and inventory management.
  • Lead and manage a team of Ecommerce Operations associates and temporary team members.
  • Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement and standardization of e-commerce operational processes.
  • Monitor and analyse issues or bottlenecks preventing perfect order fulfilment, and implement cost-saving or increased throughput activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quick win initiatives and support longer-term business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of people management and/or leadership experience within distribution.
  • 5+ years of working experience in warehouse and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with e-Com software, including SalesForce and Zenkraft.
  • Experience working with ERP software, such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamic D365.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
