About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global eCommerce Director to lead our digital commerce strategy and drive sustainable and profitable growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a world-class e-commerce strategy, managing our e-commerce platforms, and improving customer experience, website performance, and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the strategic planning and implementation of all e-commerce activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies and KPIs that improve customer experience, website performance, conversion rates, and profitable growth.
  • Utilize data and analytics to gain customer insights and inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to ensure accurate warehouse forecasting and operational forecasting.
  • Lead a team of e-commerce and CRO specialists, providing effective training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Advocate for a digital-first approach across all areas of the business.

About You

We are looking for a proactive, innovative self-starter with exceptional presentation skills to senior stakeholders. You should have 5+ years' experience in e-commerce at either a digital agency or client-side, with a clear vision for the future and the ability to relate this to defining product and operational structures.
