As a leader in residential decarbonisation, energy efficiency, and whole-house retrofit, we are currently managing and delivering over £100m+ large-scale retrofit schemes, blending funding across mixed-tenures to maximise positive impact across communities.

Our work improves the living conditions, health, comfort, and well-being of thousands of households each year to help reduce fuel poverty and address the four biggest challenges today: the cost of living, energy security, climate change, and health crises.

All of this supports the UK's progress towards meeting net-zero targets.

  • Maintaining a wide knowledge and understanding of the sector and passing this knowledge onto the wider regional team.
  • Providing compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures.
  • To ensure that there are zero compliance failures resulting from poor and inaccurate submission information.
  • To ensure all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines are adhered to.
  • Engaging with key supply chain partners to support the effective development and delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience within a busy office environment or administration role.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel) and project management tools.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines effectively and prioritise workload.
  • A positive and friendly manner.
  • Ability to use own initiative, have high attention to detail, and be proactive.
