Our work improves the living conditions, health, comfort, and well-being of thousands of households each year to help reduce fuel poverty and address the four biggest challenges today: the cost of living, energy security, climate change, and health crises.
All of this supports the UK's progress towards meeting net-zero targets.
Overview of the Role:
You will be responsible for data collection and lodgement preparation. The role will involve liaising with contractors and site teams to request, collate, and prepare evidence and documentation required for Energy Efficient Measures carried out under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).
In your role as Compliance Administrator, you will collaborate across the business and wider group, to provide administrative support for retrofit-related activities.
A suitable candidate would have:
- Minimum 1-year experience within a busy office environment or administration role.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel) and project management tools.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to use initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines effectively and prioritise workload.
- A positive and friendly manner.
- Ability to use own initiative, have high attention to detail, and be proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing all necessary paperwork associated with the installation of Energy Efficiency measures in line with the PAS 2035:2019 process.
- Working closely with scheme Retrofit Coordinators ensuring PAS installation paperwork is provided in line with the main contract programmes.
- Maintain a wide knowledge and understanding of the sector and pass this knowledge onto the wider regional team.
- Provide compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures.
- To ensure that there are zero compliance failures resulting from poor and inaccurate submission information.
- To ensure all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines are adhered to.
- Engage with key supply chain partners to support the effective development and delivery of projects.
Travel will be a requirement of the position, with the occasional overnight stay.
