Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Retrofit Advisors and PAS Compliance teams to assemble comprehensive job packs for funding applications.
  • Utilize checklists to verify the completeness of submission packages.
  • Review and ensure compliance of forms using established Golden Documents.
  • Employ relevant electronic systems to facilitate data uploads for submissions.
  • Assist in tracking the progress of projects to guarantee timely and accurate funding applications for eligible properties.
  • Enhance your knowledge of government-funded initiatives through hands-on experience.
  • Provide regular updates to the Funding Contracts Manager regarding your progress on submissions to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in compliance administration is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Minimum of GCSEs (A*-C) or equivalent in core subjects is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines consistently.
