We are seeking an individual with a meticulous approach and a strong interest in energy efficiency initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity to engage with key partnerships in the energy sector, ensuring the accurate administration and compliance of documentation submitted for funding under various energy efficiency programs.

You will receive comprehensive training to understand the customer journey and the documentation processes necessary for submitting funding requests to energy retailers.

Collaboration with the PAS compliance team and mentorship from experienced management will be integral to your role, allowing you to gain valuable insights into government-funded programs.

We are committed to supporting your professional development, providing necessary training to enhance your skills and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Retrofit Advisors and PAS Compliance teams to compile comprehensive job packs for funding opportunities.
  • Utilize checklists to verify the completeness of submission packs.
  • Review and ensure compliance of forms using established guidelines.
  • Employ relevant electronic systems to facilitate data uploads for submissions.
  • Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring timely and accurate funding submissions.
  • Enhance your understanding of government-funded schemes through ongoing learning.
  • Report regularly to the Funding Contracts Manager on submission progress to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in compliance administration is advantageous but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
  • GCSEs (A*-C) or equivalent in core subjects are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities and initiative.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines consistently.
