Job Title: Financial Transaction Coordinator

Location: UK

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team at The Recruitment Co. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Eye for detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with accounting software packages such as Sage
