Inbound Customer Support Representative (Temporary to Permanent)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Contract: Initial temporary position with the potential for permanent employment

The Hyde Group is seeking to hire an inbound Customer Support Representative. Our mission is straightforward: by offering our clients a secure and comfortable living environment, we empower them to reach their full potential, appreciate their surroundings, and actively engage in their communities.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact within our busy call center, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Your role will involve managing a substantial volume of challenging inbound calls, ensuring prompt resolutions and customer satisfaction. You will handle approximately 50-60 calls daily.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to remain resilient when dealing with difficult calls.
  • Capability to type while engaging in telephone conversations.
