Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Interaction Recruitment. As a key member of our Breakdown team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals experiencing vehicle breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers experiencing a vehicle breakdown and provide high levels of customer service
  • Take details of breakdown, including location, and process into the RAC system
  • Keep customers updated at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the RAC team to ensure customer safety and accuracy of information gathered

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience (essential)
  • Excellent timekeeping and punctuality (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills (essential)
  • Professional telephone manner (essential)
  • Call centre experience (useful)

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company in the Motoring industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing a vehicle breakdown, ensuring their safety and providing accurate information to RAC patrols.
