Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Employee Relations and Wellbeing: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, handle employee grievances, and promote wellbeing initiatives to support the physical and mental health of our team members.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management processes, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, promote diversity and inclusion, and support career development.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, manage HR documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Operational Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR department, maintain HR systems and processes, and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- CIPD qualified (minimum level 3)
- Strong grasp of UK employment law, regulations, and best practices
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related role
- Proven track record in resolving complex employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing high-calibre candidates and conducting interviews
