Position: Human Resources Coordinator

Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

Location: Hybrid Role

Role Overview:

  • Ensure the integrity of HR operations by maintaining accurate records in the HR management system.
  • Manage the HR communication channels and ensure effective distribution of inquiries.
  • Assist with compliance audits and maintain organized documentation.
  • Keep the HR team updated on daily operations and emerging issues.
  • Process financial documents and manage HR-related expenditures.
  • Provide support to HR Business Partners with routine tasks and necessary documentation.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed.
  • Facilitate the administration of employee benefits and manage renewal processes.

Qualifications:

  • Actively pursuing or holding a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • Prior experience in HR administration within a corporate setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in HR systems.
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines while managing sensitive data securely.
