Your key responsibilities will include:", "ul": [{"li": "Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive strategic HR plan"}, {"li": "Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in headcount, turnover, and employee engagement"}, {"li": "Providing guidance and coaching to key stakeholders on HR procedures related to workplace challenges and change management"}, {"li": "Rolling out the annual engagement survey and developing a strategy based on results"}, {"li": "Advising leadership on key employee relations issues and executing terminations as necessary"}, {"li": "Developing and managing performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance"}, {"li": "Leading and developing the HR business partner team to support employee relations, assessment of disciplinary actions, and overview of policies and procedures"}, {"li": "Collaborating with Legal and Ethics and Compliance team on investigations, risk assessment, and providing leadership with decision-making advice"}, {"li": "Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and ensuring compliance with labor laws"}, {"li": "Partnering with US Shared Service on areas such as benefits, compensation, leadership, and HRIS"}, {"li": "Successfully implementing and delivering HR actions related to the 3-year monitorship on a timely and thorough basis"}, {"li": "Leading the TA team in supporting efforts related to hiring practices, diversity and inclusion, KPIs, and design of AAP plans"}], "h3": "Requirements", "ul": [{"li": "Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, business, organization development, or labor relations"}, {"li": "Minimum of 15 years of human resources management experience"}, {"li": "Experience in multi-state, multi-location portfolio with responsibilities for exempt, non-exempt, and hourly demographics"}, {"li": "Knowledge in all areas of HR including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and ethics & compliance"}], "p": "If you are a strategic and experienced HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
