Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to our client.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities, and will be able to provide emotional support and promote independence.

The role involves supporting our client with daily activities, including trips out and enjoying fun activities, as well as maintaining a clean and tidy living space.

We are looking for someone who is a car driver with a full UK driving licence, and who is able to provide transportation for our client.

The successful candidate will be part of a welcoming and passionate team, with a great CQC rating and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and promote independence for our client
  • Support our client with daily activities, including trips out and enjoying fun activities
  • Maintain a clean and tidy living space
  • Provide transportation for our client using a car with business insurance
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months previous experience in the UK in the care sector, supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities
  • Car driver with business insurance
  • Simple Makaton experience
