Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Colchester. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and non-verbal clients.

About the Role:
  • Provide full personal care, emotional support, and support our service users to access the community and provide person-centred interaction.
  • Support clients in the Colchester area covering 24-hour packages and 121 support.
  • Be a car driver with a full UK driving licence to enable our service users to access the community and be happy to drive our service user's cars.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months previous experience in the UK in the care sector, supporting individual(s) with physical and learning disabilities.
  • Be a car driver with business insurance to enable our client to access the community.
