About the Role:As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing full personal care, supporting our service users to access the community, and promoting person-centered interaction to enable them to meet their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide full personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
- Support service users to access the community, including outings and activities
- Develop and maintain person-centered plans to promote independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- At least 6 months' experience in the UK care sector, supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities
- Full UK driving license and business insurance
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
