About the Role:

As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing full personal care, supporting our service users to access the community, and promoting person-centered interaction to enable them to meet their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
  • Support service users to access the community, including outings and activities
  • Develop and maintain person-centered plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months' experience in the UK care sector, supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities
  • Full UK driving license and business insurance
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
