About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience with other software packages, such as MS BI, Adobe Pro, or Procurement Systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in taking minutes and producing relevant documents.
  • Experience in arranging meetings and events.
