We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator within a prominent organization. This role offers a convenient commute and is designed for individuals looking to contribute to a dynamic HR team.
Compensation:
£12 per hour, with an overtime rate of £15.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available between 7 AM and 5 PM (37 hours per week).
Company Benefits:
- 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays
- 3% pension contribution
- Onsite parking facilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment process by drafting and posting job advertisements, engaging with candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintaining the HR database with employee records and documentation, including new hires, changes, terminations, and contract renewals.
- Overseeing weekly payroll reporting, compliance with working time regulations, accommodation fees, holiday tracking, and absence management.
- The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrated through effective communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
