Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Supplier Onboarding Analyst to join our dynamic team at Investigo, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our suppliers.

Work Environment

Hybrid role: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in supplier onboarding, KYC/KYS, compliance, or a similar function.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and best practices in supplier due diligence and KYC/KYS procedures.
  • Familiarity with LSEG World Check is advantageous.
  • Experience with the Coupa platform is a plus, though not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective suppliers, confirming their identity, legal standing, ownership structure, and financial viability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the supplier onboarding process to minimize risks.
  • Continuously evaluate and advocate for sustainable and responsible procurement practices.
  • Review and authenticate supplier-supplied documentation, including business licenses, tax IDs, financial statements, and other pertinent records.
  • Evaluate risks associated with new suppliers based on KYC assessments and collaborate with key stakeholders to establish effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with suppliers to gather necessary documentation, address inquiries, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain precise and current records of supplier information, documentation, and compliance-related activities within the designated system (Coupa).
  • Work closely with procurement, legal, finance, and cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of the supplier onboarding process.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on supplier onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on supplier onboarding activities, compliance status, and potential risks for management review.
