Job Overview

**Trustee Chair of the Board**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Trustee Chair of the Board for COREcruitment Ltd, a leading recruitment agency in the leisure and wellbeing sector. As a key member of our board, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the board and executive team
  • Develop and implement effective governance practices to ensure the organization's long-term success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local councils and community groups
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our organization's vision and mission
  • Ensure the effective management of our organization's resources and finances

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership or governance role, preferably in the leisure and wellbeing sector
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and sustainability principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that drive business growth
  • High levels of integrity and a strong commitment to ethical leadership
