Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' busy office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including handling customer inquiries and onboarding new customer details
  • Complete reservations and bookings in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answer and direct calls to the relevant department
  • Manage the email inbox and respond to customer inquiries
  • Arrange health and safety testing and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment
  • Organize in-house events and ensure their smooth execution

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
