Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient service, manage administrative tasks, and support our clinical staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and friendly reception services to patients and visitors
  • Make appointments for clinicians and manage schedules
  • Offer administrative support to clinical and administrative staff
  • Manage emails, referrals, and other administrative tasks
  • Support scanning, photocopying, and other office duties
  • Process new patient medical records and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Experience in a medical or administrative setting is an asset
