Job Title: Director of Procurement and ICT Transformation

At Ardagh Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Procurement and ICT Transformation to lead our global ICT procurement function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans that drive business growth, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global ICT procurement strategies aligned with Ardagh's business objectives.
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals to negotiate contracts with suppliers, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Manage and analyze spend data to inform procurement decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT procurement, with a proven track record of delivering strategic procurement plans and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of procurement professionals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools, with experience in data analysis and spend management.
