Job Title: Director of Procurement and ICT Transformation

At Ardagh Group, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Procurement and ICT Transformation to lead our global ICT procurement function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global procurement strategies for ICT products and services aligned with Ardagh's business objectives.
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals to ensure effective procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service providers to ensure reliable and high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze spend data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as Ardagh's procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT procurement, with a proven track record of delivering strategic procurement plans and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in category management, supplier relationship management, digital procurement, and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
