Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at White Windows, a wheelchair accessible residential home providing support and accommodation for individuals with physical disabilities or neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and efficient typing support from written and recorded material, utilizing Microsoft Office to ensure the layout and appearance meet corporate standards.
  • Support the service in the delivery of corporate/strategic objectives and administration tasks, including diary management, preparation and coordination for meetings.
  • Produce reports on an ad-hoc basis in a format appropriate to the audience.
  • Design, draft and prepare presentational material as and when required.
  • Design service user-friendly documentation as and when required.
  • Coordinate, prepare and record documentation for meetings, including drafting, typing, copying, collation and circulation of papers.
  • Set up and maintain an efficient manual filing system in support of the service, reviewing in order to meet changing demands in consultation with the Registered Manager.
  • Assist with the collation, storage and recording of archive documentation as required.
  • Set up and maintain efficient and effective monitoring systems to include all quality audits; Care Quality Commission reports, safeguarding, complaint, incident/accident reports and service inspection reports.
  • Arrange meetings and travel arrangements as and when required.

White Windows provides support and accommodation for individuals with physical disabilities or neurological conditions. Our dedicated team of highly skilled and trained support workers and carers have experience with PEG/NG care, wound management and the provision of end of life care.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Advanced internet use skills.
  • Previous experience working as an Administrator or Receptionist or HR.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable adults an advantage.
