Key Responsibilities:- Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and preferences, offer expert advice, and facilitate product selection.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from order placement, supplier negotiations, and delivery coordination, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Carry out administration works relating to all incoming sales, invoicing customers, and statements, along with providing care guides where necessary.
