Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and preferences, offer expert advice, and facilitate product selection.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from order placement, supplier negotiations, and delivery coordination, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Carry out administration works relating to all incoming sales, invoicing customers, and statements, along with providing care guides where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telephone and face-to-face inbound sales, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • A full UK driver's license and own vehicle ideal but not necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers and partners.
