International Sales Administrator

**OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES**:
- Support the senior sales team by providing accurate quotations for a diverse range of products and services.
- Ensure CRM is up to date and managed on a daily basis.
- Deliver industry leading customer service by providing consistently responsive and flexible support.
- Reach out to forwarding agents and provide accurate delivery costs for quotes and orders.
- Support sales and project team with any administrative documents.
- Support sales by helping arrange customer order collections.
- Adhere to J&C Joel Ltd company policies.
- To carry out any other reasonable and appropriate tasks given by the Senior Sales Advisor or the Regional Sales Managers.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTE EXPECTATIONS**:
- Enthusiastic approach to new challenges and learning opportunities
- A keen eye for detail and diligent approach to administration
- An organised approach to day-to-day tasks
- Reliability and the ability to see a task through to the end.
- Great communicator with colleagues, customers, and supplier
- A sound understanding of what constitutes great customer service, able to easily form rapport with customer base and build lasting customer relationships.
- Experience of working with CRM
- Proven track record of understanding a large range of products and services in detail.
- Determined attitude to following up quotations and closing sales, ensuring customer is happy with the overall service.
- Self-motivated, with an ability to work on your own initiative.
- An ability to think creatively towards innovative technical and commercial solutions.
- Minimum 12 months sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
**DESIREABLE EXPERIENCE**
- 1+ year experience working with audio visual, events or construction.
