Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Engagement Team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, including delivering demonstrations to upskill customers on our learner management system
  • Sell additional products and services to existing customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing customer relationships
  • Attend regional and national events to build brand awareness and engage with potential customers
  • Undertake research and profiling to source new opportunities and grow existing customers

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience winning new business customers, working in similar sales, Account management or business development roles
  • Experience managing sales processes from start to finish – from identifying new prospects, securing initial meetings, carrying out demos to successfully onboarding new clients
  • Ability to manage solution-led sales processes, tailoring solutions to reflect challenges care services may have recruiting or training staff
  • Excellent office/IT skills: able to use MS Word, MS Excel, Google/Microsoft Docs, spreadsheets, email
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with existing customers and stakeholders
