Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Engagement Team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, including delivering demonstrations to upskill customers on our learner management system, selling additional products, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with existing customers, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Communication: Build relationships with existing customers through proactive communication, delivering excellent customer service, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Understand existing customers' challenges and build solutions to help overcome them.
  • Time Management: Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven sales experience winning new business customers, working in similar sales, Account management or business development roles. Experience managing sales processes from start to finish – from identifying new prospects, securing initial meetings, carrying out demos to successfully onboarding of new clients.
  • Qualifications: Excellent office/IT skills: able to use MS word, MS excel, Google/Microsoft docs, spreadsheets, email.
  • Knowledge: Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
