Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist Team Leader to join our Vodafone Business UK team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for leading a team to support end users (primarily Sales & Commercial) by driving the adoption of sales support tools, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to support the business objectives and KPIs.
  • Create and maintain department processes and procedures to support training and education to the sales and wider community.
  • Ensure account allocations are swiftly and accurately assigned and in alignment with all billing and CRM systems for management flow and reporting.
  • Drive stakeholder management to ensure communication, flow of information, and to keep abreast of all account movements to effectively manage change and support escalations.
Requirements:
  • Good analytical skills, with ability to interrogate and analyse data.
  • Competency with Excel.
  • Team playing and networking ability.
  • Experience in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).
