Business Development Manager Role Overview

This is a hybrid role with lots of flexibility, allowing you to shape the inclusive culture of Hendron Pearce, a leading provider of Unified Communications, Audio Visual and UV Solutions and collaboration solutions.

The Team
Welcome to the powerhouse of Hendron Pearce's Unified Communications UK Sales Team, where innovation meets expertise. Led by their seasoned UK Sales Director and Senior Head of UK Sales, their team is comprised of Segment Account Managers (SAMs), Renewals & Subscription Specialists, Internal Sales champions, and dynamic Business Development Managers (BDMs). Each role plays a strategic part in their business landscape, with SAMs focusing on tailored customer solutions and BDMs leading specialist units covering CCaaS, UCaaS, Telephony, and now Spaces (Rooms and AV).

The Role

As a Business Development Manager within the Spaces Specialist Business Unit (SBU), you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and growth in Hendron Pearce's dynamic sales environment. Working with the Business Unit Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between their solution segments and the sales team, focusing specifically on Spaces.
