Business Development Manager - Audio Visual Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Spaces Specialist Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in our sales environment.

Working closely with our Business Unit Manager, you will bridge the gap between our solution segments and the sales team, focusing on Spaces. Your expertise in vendor and solution segments will be instrumental in shaping our strategic approach to customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Recruitment: Identify and acquire new customers for our AV solutions.
  • Customer Development: Nurture existing customers to drive growth and revenue.
  • Project Support: Provide expert support to customers and internal stakeholders on AV projects.
  • Vendor Direct Touch Relationship: Foster strong relationships with AV vendors to drive business growth.
  • Customer/Vendor Interaction: Collaborate with customers and vendors to deliver exceptional AV solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Unified Communications and AV solutions.
  • Strong vendor relationships and knowledge of AV vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
