About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Collab Talent Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
  2. Sales and Business Development: Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls with a positive and professional attitude, seeking out and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
  3. Account Management: Oversee customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, and consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support overall business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive sales growth.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Maintain thorough and precise records within our CRM system, ensuring accurate data and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in an office setting, preferably in sales or account management.
  2. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a confident and customer-oriented phone demeanor.
  4. Proficient in office software and CRM platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  5. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
