Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Engagement Team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, including delivering demonstrations to upskill customers on our learner management system
- Sell additional products and services to existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
- Business Development
- Attend regional and national events to build brand awareness and identify new business opportunities
- Undertake research and profiling to source new opportunities and grow existing customers
- Qualifications and Experience
- Proven sales experience winning new business customers, working in similar sales, Account management or business development roles
- Experience managing sales processes from start to finish, including identifying new prospects, securing initial meetings, and onboarding new clients
- Excellent office/IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Google/Microsoft Docs, and Spreadsheets
- Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs
- Ability to build relationships with existing customers through outbound prospecting and deliver excellent customer service
- Knowledge of the social care sector and its challenges
- Personal Qualities
- Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
