Job Title: Applications Operations Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000pa

Location: Ascot - hybrid working

We are seeking an Applications Operations Manager to join a reputable client. This organization is currently generating £200 million annually, with projections to reach £300 million in the coming years. As a smaller enterprise, the successful applicant will collaborate closely with the Chief Information Officer on various applications, including HR systems, SAP, and payroll solutions. Due to operational requirements, candidates should expect to work on-site 2-3 days a week after completing the onboarding and training process. About the Applications Operations Manager Position:

In this role, you will partner with a CIO who has a longstanding relationship with CORE. The organization operates across multiple sectors, ensuring that each day presents new challenges and opportunities. You will become part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration and support. Your daily responsibilities will include evaluating current business applications and workflows, managing integrations for new acquisitions, enhancing existing applications, and liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Ascot
  • Proven experience in a similar Applications Operations Manager role
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • ITIL knowledge is highly desirable
