Position Overview

ENS Recruitment is seeking dedicated and experienced Support Services Facilitators to join our team. As a provider of supported living services, we are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Shift Patterns

Our shift patterns are designed to provide consistent support, with schedules that include various days across two-week cycles, including every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with severe learning disabilities, including conditions such as Downs Syndrome, Autism, and Epilepsy.
  • Provide comprehensive personal care and support to enable clients to engage with their community.
  • Facilitate person-centered interactions that promote independence and well-being.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A valid UK driving license and be a car driver, with business insurance to transport clients.
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in the care sector, specifically supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities.
