We have established a core and cluster model, specializing in assisting children and young individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges, autism spectrum conditions, and physical or learning disabilities, with educational access being central to our mission.

Some of our services have partnered with our Online Education Platform to provide virtual education opportunities for the young people we support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete comprehensive induction training and all mandatory training, including safeguarding modules.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety.
  • Provide individualized support to young people with complex health, physical, and learning needs within the residential setting.
  • Attend to the daily needs of young individuals and assist them in engaging in various activities, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ensure registration with Social Care Wales.
  • Deliver high-quality personal care while promoting independence.
  • Encourage socialization and inclusion, helping young people achieve their personal goals.
  • Understand and address the communication needs of each young person.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment for young individuals.
  • Promote the health and well-being of the young people.
  • Participate actively in handover and key worker meetings, collaborating with colleagues and management.
  • Fulfill key worker responsibilities for individual young people, including those on short breaks.
  • Work alongside external agencies and professionals, such as social workers and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and facilitate effective communication between the home, school, and external agencies.
  • Ensure reliable and flexible decision-making.
  • Attend all relevant training to ensure safe practices.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the home.
  • Perform sleeping-in duties as required.
  • Report to management and undertake additional duties as requested by senior staff.
  • Proactively assess and report on risks.
  • Possess or be willing to pursue the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) or an equivalent qualification.
