Role Overview

First impressions are crucial. As a Guest Services Associate, you will ensure that guests are well cared for from their arrival to their departure, guaranteeing they have an unforgettable experience with us.

Welcome guests, manage check-ins, address inquiries, and process payments while delivering outstanding service Take proactive steps to create a personalized experience for each guest Enthusiastically promote hotel amenities, seeking opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through upselling Qualifications

Your qualifications and attributes include:
A service-oriented personality is essential

Additional Information

Previous experience is advantageous
Familiarity with Opera or similar systems
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
