About the Role

This is a full-time position reporting directly into the General Manager and our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting them and the wider team in the successful operation of the gym, with a specific responsibility for driving new member sales, maximising retention & overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Member Sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation both internally and externally, resulting in a significant growth in new member sales.
  • Maximise Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Grow Live Member Movement: Develop and execute plans to increase the number of live members, resulting in increased revenue and growth for the gym.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, setting a positive tone for the team and ensuring that all team members are motivated and engaged.
  • Develop Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, resulting in new partnerships and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and Analyse Performance: Regularly monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Deliver Monthly Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to the wider management team, providing insights and recommendations for growth and improvement.
