About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Retention Manager to join our team at Everlast Gyms. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness, demonstrating our elevated ways of working and advocating for our FUNDAMENTALS sales process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation both internally and externally, monitoring our dashboards and KPIs to inform key decisions.
  • Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales, to drive profitability of the gym.
  • Build key relationships with local businesses to evolve local partnerships and develop the #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities.
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor, enhancing every visit and delivering honest, constructive feedback to support team members in achieving their potential.
Requirements
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
  • Strong leadership qualities and adaptability in communication style.
  • A positive, solutions-driven mindset and a member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
  • Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business, including weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
