Sales and Retention Manager - Everlast Gyms

At Everlast Gyms, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Retention Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness and wellness
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new member sales and retention
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor, ensuring exceptional member experiences
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales and retention targets
