Sales and Retention Manager - Rugby


Everlast Gyms is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Retention Manager to join their team in Rugby. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health, fitness, and wellness, and will be responsible for driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow the live member movement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness, demonstrating elevated ways of working and advocating for the company's sales process.
  • Drive new member sales and retain existing members through various strategies, including implementing lead generation initiatives and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Own the activity planners for the gym, ensuring they are thorough, well-planned, and executed, and implement strategies to increase revenue lines from membership sales and product sales.
  • Build key relationships with local businesses to evolve local partnerships and develop the #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities.
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor, delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times and providing honest, constructive feedback to support team members in achieving their potential.

  • Strong leadership qualities and adaptability in communication style.
  • A positive, solutions-driven mindset and a member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
  • Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business, including weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
