The role of Sales Manager at Furniture Village is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong leader to drive sales growth and team performance.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and developing sales team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve market share
  • Managing sales team performance, including sales forecasting, sales reporting, and sales analytics
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, customer service, and sales practices

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving team performance
  • Strong coaching and development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
