We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Retention Manager to join our team at Everlast Gyms. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving member retention, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Everlast Gyms as an Ambassador for Fitness
  • Demonstrate our Elevated Ways of Working
  • Advocate for our FUNDAMENTALS Sales Process
  • Drive New Member Sales and Retain Existing Members
  • Owning the Activity Planners for the Gym
  • Implement Strategies to Increase Lead Generation
  • Monitor Dashboards and KPIs
  • Drive All Revenue Lines
  • Prepare and Deliver Monthly Sales Presentations
  • Build Key Relationships with Local Businesses
  • Develop the #WeMoveBusinesses Membership Opportunities
  • Lead by Example on Reception and the Gym Floor
  • Buy-in to National Focuses and Incentives
  • Deliver Honest and Constructive Feedback
