Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
