Who You Will Support

Our clients have diverse needs, including mobility challenges and conditions such as dementia, autism, and learning disabilities. We are proud of our well-trained staff who are experienced in providing tailored support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in attending day centers and engaging in social activities.
  • Support clients in their hobbies, such as music, dining out, and shopping.
  • Facilitate in-house activities, including arts and crafts and movie time.
  • Provide compassionate support, respecting personal space and individual preferences.
  • Utilize positive behavior support strategies to address individual needs.
  • Offer choices and clear communication, especially for nonverbal clients.
