About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Companion to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
Requirements
- A caring and compassionate personality, with a strong desire to support others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- A full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, with business class one insurance.
- Ability to work alternate weekend hours, with flexibility to meet the needs of our clients.
