About This Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Abbotts Langley. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with varying needs, including dementia, autism, and learning disabilities. You will assist them with daily activities, encourage their independence, and foster a positive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Prepare meals and assist with dining.
- Encourage social interaction and participation in activities.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Implement individual care plans and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
